Full calf covers with red leather spine label and gilt lettering. Boards and edges are worn but leather has been treated to appear clean and glossy. Spine has a few small chips but lettering is sharp and it looks really nice on the shelf. Hinges slightly starting at top edge, not loose or fragile. Interior hinges sturdy. Contains bookplates of previous owners on front endleaves. No writing in the book. Pages are foxed and have water stains. Textblock is crisp, square and tightly bound.
