Apparently published in the 1930's. Only 17 pages. On the inside of the front cover it says "To the lawyers and clerks of the eighteenth judicial circuit; My fellow workers in the administration of Justice." The first anecdote is about Judge William McLaughlin and the unveiling ceremony of the statue of Robert E. Lee at Washington and Lee University on June 28, 1883. This particular little booklet might not have had very wide publication. I got it from the estate of William Howe, Hendersonville NC lawyer who had married a Glasgow.
