Book bound together with thick string running through hole-puncher sized holes at top of pages. Part of front cover page and all of back cover page covered by textured paper.Each page holds the dates for one week along with an inspirational quote, in black and red color. Light foxing around edges and corners of front cover page. Light discoloration in bottom right corner of entire copy, yet does not touch printed part of pages. String is tough, binding is tight. The texture-paper covering is torn at top, however the strings keep the texture-paper there. On back-side, texture-paper is slightly torn in corner. Full refund if not satisfied. Good.
