Sendak was a collector of George MacDonald books. All three volumes of this book contain the bookplate of Maurice Sendak. Three volumes. Original red cloth with double black borders on the front covers. 289 pp + 39 p ads, 289 pp, 313 pp. Shaberman 76. VG. Bindings are solid  There is some discoloration on the front covers where it appears there was a large label which has been removed. Shelley and Son Books specializes in C.S. Lewis, J.R.R.
