CONDITION: Cover shows significant wear. Boards' cardboard is exposed and are both detached, yet present. All edges deckled. Backstrip has eroded, yet leaves are still satisfactorily bound. Very little foxing and only occasionally marked in pencil. Text is fully legible. Though worn, the records inside have been well preserved.
