CONDITION: External cover shows some wear and discoloration. Leaves have lightly toned with some occasional foxing along the textblock edges. Some discoloration within endpapers. Occasional chipping or small open tear at the foredge, yet neither text nor illustrations are compromised. Gutter shows crack between pages 160 and 161, yet hinges are strong, binding is sound, and all pages are present. Unmarked except for previous owner's name written on the front pastedown, dated 1925. Sticker ghost on illustrated front endpaper. Illustrations are magnificent. A nice copy. Full refund if not satisfied. Very Good.
