Philadelphia, PA: Porter and Coates, 1876. Hardcover. Bound in brown leather with raised bands on the spine. Cover is beautifully blind stamped with Shakespeare in gilt lettering. Spine is also decoratively blind stamped and lettered in gilt. Gilt leave edges. 968pp.

CONDITION: Ex-Library. Typical library spoor. Covers are lightly rubbed. Outer hinge is split about one half inch from the top, front and back. Inside hinge is cracked and end papers are damaged. Warmly written gift inscription on front flyleaf. Several of the pages up to page 3 have been repaired with tape and some text has been lost, also the edges of these pages are chipped. Binding and text block are sound. Full refund if not satisfied. Very Good.
