This copy is beautifully rebound in green leather with gilt decoration.
Green genuine leather binding with a gilt double border on both covers. The hubbed spine is beautifully decorated with gilt design and gilt text against a brown background. Marbleized end sheets. This title is one of only two Narnia books which have a colored frontispiece, this one, like all illustrations in the book, is by Pauline Baynes.
CONDITION: The exterior of the book is beautiful and in fine condition. The interior has no writing and is nearly fine due to a bit of light browning with age.
